Follower of Jesus

Aidan is first and foremost a follower of Jesus. He knows that nothing of eternal value can be done apart from an abiding relationship with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Husband

Aidan is also a husband. Married to his wife Emmalie, Aidan believes that true leadership begins in the home—where love, sacrifice, and shepherding the heart start. Together, Aidan and Emmalie founded and lead the R12 Young Adult Ministry in 2024 at Living Hope Church. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, long beach days, and playing with their Malti-Poo, Oakley. Aidan believes that a healthy private life is the foundation for a healthy public ministry.

Attorney

Professionally, Aidan is a practicing attorney, having earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida with honors. His years litigating complex commercial cases have shaped a teaching and preaching style that is intellectually sharp, analytically precise, and spiritually convincing. He combines analytical precision with passionate proclamation to communicate the gospel powerfully.

Young Adult Leader

Aidan has helped start and lead two growing young adult ministries. In 2023, he helped start a small group in Miami that quickly grew from 3 to over 20 young adults hungry for Jesus. After raising leaders and transitioning the ministry, it now averages more than 40 in weekly attendance across two campuses.

Aidan and his wife Emmalie later launched the R12 Young Adults Ministry in Sarasota, Florida—a community built on worship, prayer, Scripture, and evangelism. You can learn more about R12 here.

Author & Speaker

Aidan is the author of Not My Way—a discipleship roadmap designed to help the next generation move from “believer” to “follower.” Born out of nearly a decade of walking with Christ and a deep burden for the next generation, the book guides readers through the essential journey of a disciple—surrendering pride, sin, and plans to experience true freedom, purpose, and revival.

As a speaker, Aidan is passionate about proclaiming biblical truth with clarity and conviction. His messages center on Christ, holiness, and mission—calling believers out of comfort and into full obedience to Christ. Whether preaching to a room of young adults, teaching in a church setting, or speaking at conferences, Aidan’s goal is always the same: to see lives transformed by the power of Christ.

Beliefs

  • The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the foundation for all truth and our Instruction Manual for life (2 Timothy 3:16–17). God’s Word is living and active, revealing who He is, who we are, and how we are called to live.

  • God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). The Father is the Creator and Sustainer of all things. The Son, fully God and fully man, is Lord and Savior who redeems us by His blood. The Holy Spirit is the Counselor and Helper who dwells within believers, guiding, empowering, and transforming them (John 14:16–17).

  • Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8–9). Jesus lived a sinless life, bore our sins on the cross, died, and rose from the dead. True salvation comes by surrendering your life to Him as Lord, He has full authority over your life, and Savior, He is the only One who can save you from your sins.

  • The Holy Spirit dwells in every believer, sanctifying, guiding, and empowering them to live a holy and fruitful life (John 16:13-14; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–25). He convicts the world of sin, reveals truth, and points people to Jesus (John 16:8–14).

  • God calls every believer to live a holy and set-apart life (1 Peter 1:15–16). Holiness is not optional—it is the evidence of an abiding relationship with Jesus.

    True holiness means freedom—not perfection. It means deliverance from the habitual sin patterns that once controlled us. Through repentance, discipline, and most of all the Spirit’s power, believers can break free from habitual sin and walk in obedience to God (Romans 6:6–7; Galatians 5:16).

  • The Church is not a building but a body—a community of believers united by the Holy Spirit, holiness, and mission (Ephesians 4:4–6; 1 Peter 2:9). The purpose of the Church is to glorify God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples of all nations, and advance His Kingdom (Matthew 28:18–20). Every believer has a vital role in the Church, using their spiritual gifts to serve others and build up the body to maturity (1 Corinthians 12:4–7; Ephesians 4:11–13).
